My client, Environment Platform Wales, reached out with a breif which envolved targeting a diverse audience, from students to professionals, to invite them to attend the organisation’s first ever conference, and to keep the converations ongoing after the event is over.
A good first impression is key, therefore I designed a sub-brand for the conference that would expand across everything from invites to ephemera, creating consistency and a sense of professionalism.
With everything being online and digitialised these days sending physical invitations out is a more personal and thoughtful approach, therefore I provided my client with this option, as well as email invites for the option of reaching a larger number of people more efficiently.
